From apple strudel to “Zopf”, the traditional Swiss bread, the bread and pastries are being freshly baked every morning at C&C Alpha Group’s Nira Alpina hotel. This beautiful ski resort based in Switzerland was recently named as having one of the top 40 mountain restaurants by The Telegraph.

The enticing aroma from Nira Alpina’s ‘The Bakery’ is the hotels slightly unconventional wake up call. For a crisp and crunchy start to the day, guests call in for alpine bread or a Swiss chocolate croissant, then come back later for a raspberry and vanilla turnover or an apple lattice pastry.
