Our focus is upon speciality psychiatric care services and elderly care services in the United Kingdom. We are also in the process of developing a super-speciality hospital in central London.   Increasing global prosperity and the ageing of the baby-boomer generation is fast changing healthcare systems around the world. We believe that premium healthcare products will be in increasing demand over the next two decades, and are developing international real estate and operating companies to cater to this demand. Located in central London, London International Hospital (LIH) is envisaged as an International Centre of Excellence for Oncology, Cardiology and Neurology treatments. LIH will operate as a 5–Star, 140-bed hospital catering to the private UK market and overseas clients. It will have world-class, cutting-edge technologies and facilities in its areas of specialism, including one of the largest private intensive care units in the country. Initial site acquisition has been completed and we are currently implementing an extensive refurbishment. The hospital will be opening in 2011.
