Success stories

  • Alpha G:Corp Development Private Limited is one of the fastest growing professional companies in the Indian real estate industry. In 2006 Alpha G:Corp divested equity $65m to Morgan Stanley Real Estate, a division of global financial major, Morgan Stanley.

  • CCAG were capital providers to Air Deccan, India’s first low cost airline. Air Deccan listed on the Indian National Stock Exchange with market capitalisation of $500m and was sold to Kingfisher in 2007.

  • Alpha Orchards was a key agricultural project for CCAG investors. The 3 acre Californian plantation was yielding almonds in excess of 4.5m lbs. since 2010. Alpha Orchards was sold to JJB Farms L.P for $43m in May 2014.

  • The predecessors of CCAG were seed capital providers to Ebookers which was listed on NASDAQ and LSE and was acquired by Cendant Corporation in the US for $450m in 2004.
